Be Part of the Safety NETT!

Early childhood exposure to adversity and interpersonal trauma occurs far more frequently than is understood by professionals, and its impact on young child neurodevelopment and functioning is under-identified and underestimated across child- and family-serving systems.

Training in Early Childhood Trauma prepares professionals to recognize, screen, and refer children ages 0–6 with exposure to ACEs to effective evidence-based intervention (Child-Parent Psychotherapy or CPP).

About Project NETT: The aim of Project NETT is to improve outcomes for children birth to age 6 diagnosed with (or at significant risk of developing) a serious emotional disturbance (SED), including children with history of in-utero exposure to substances that may impact development, and those from marginalized immigrant and BIPOC communities. Project NETT will develop, maintain, and enhance infant and early childhood mental health intervention and treatment services.
