NH CPP Network 2nd Annual Cross System Collaboration Conference

Save the date! The 2nd Annual Cross System Collaboration Conference will be held on Friday October 18, 204, 9am–4pm, at the NH Audubon McClane Center in Concord, NH.

The NH CPP Network is a thriving, reflective, committed group of clinicians that work together to increase accessibility to CPP for families and to support each other in working toward healing the impacts of multigenerational trauma. Our continued collaboration and reach across the aisle to partner with allied agencies is critical to the care of the families. We look forward to a packed day and great conversations.
