(Day 2 Postponed) NH Wraparound Coordinator Training - Spring 2024

Foundational training in the NH Family- and Youth-Driven Wraparound model, a facilitated, team-based process to assist children and youth with significant emotional or behavioral challenges and their families. For staff from NH state-designated Wraparound and Peer Support provider agencies. 

Online introductory module followed by 2 full days of in-person training.
